Job Purpose: The People Partner in this role develops and implements HR strategies that align with global business objectives, ensures governance and compliance across international operations, and manages cross-border HR challenges. This strategic position is key to harmonizing HR practices, guiding international HR policies, and supporting the company's global workforce.

Formulate and implement a forward-looking HR strategy that supports the organization's long-term goals, addresses workforce planning, and aligns with the overall business plan.
Governance And Compliance
Oversee HR governance structures to ensure that all HR activities are compliant with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, both domestically and internationally.
