Design and develop document templates in SmartDX.

Configure and maintain SmartDX environments.

Migrate Thunderhead/NOW assets to SmartDX.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into document solutions.

Integrate SmartDX with upstream and downstream applications.

Troubleshoot document generation and production issues.

Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.

Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Collaborate with business, architects, and infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

Experience with Smart Communications products (SmartDX, Thunderhead NOW, SmartCOMM).

Document template design and development.

XML, XPath, XSLT, JSON.

REST APIs and system integrations.

Understanding of document generation and CCM platforms.

SQL and data analysis skills.

Experience With Cloud-based Deployments And Container Platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes Preferred).

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
