About the role
I’m looking for a robust writer and researcher to help grow my business through personalized email outreach and original content across social media. You’ll research companies that match our ideal customer profile (ICP), contact them with relevant offers, and create content in my voice for LinkedIn and other agreed platforms.
Responsibilities
• Research companies that fit our ICP and identify the right people to contact.
• Write and send 50 genuinely personalized emails per working day, with an offer suited to each company.
• Avoid generic emails that only change the recipient’s name; explain why the offer is relevant to that specific company.
• Track contacts, follow-ups, replies, and results in our CRM or spreadsheet.
• Write original content for LinkedIn and other agreed social media platforms.
• Adapt content for each platform and help plan a regular content calendar.




• Keep the writing consistent with my voice and expertise.
• Do not use AI to research, draft, or personalize emails or social media content.

What I’m looking for
• Excellent written English and careful attention to detail.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand a company’s business.
• Experience writing B2B emails, social media posts, or marketing content.
• Good organization and follow-through.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and common CRM or email tools is a plus.

How success will be measured
• The relevance and quality of the 50 daily emails.
• Replies, positive conversations, and qualified meetings generated.
• Consistent, useful social media content that sounds like me.
• Accurate tracking and reliable follow-up.
