Role: Virtual Assistant + BD Intern
Type: Paid internship with a fixed stipend + incentive (yes, actual money, not "exposure")

Reports to: Yogesh Agarwal, Founder & CEO, directly. No layers, no "let me loop in my manager's manager."

First, a little contextRevamp Tribe is a bootstrapped personal branding agency. We've worked with 250+ coaches, trainers, founders, and CXOs to build their personal brands. These aren't random profiles either. Many are among the most respected names in their fields, the kind of people others pay just to sit in a room with.

Yogesh also consults with some of India's top startups. He has spoken on 200+ stages, teaches at B-schools, and trains corporate teams on AI. Right now he's also running ads, so inquiries are pouring in faster than chai at a Pune tapri.

His calendar needs to be jam-packed, and it needs to stay organised. That's where you come in.





The role, honestlyThis is a double role, like every 90s Bollywood hero. Half of you is a Virtual Assistant who keeps Yogesh's day running smoothly. The other half is a Business Development rookie who turns inquiries into booked calls and opportunities.

Think of it as a 6-month crash course in how a business actually works. Sales, branding, client handling, startups, events, AI: you'll see all of it from the inside, not from a YouTube video at 2x speed.

What you'll actually do• Run the calendar. Every inquiry from our ads lands with you. You'll call those leads yourself, have a real conversation, and book them straight into Yogesh's calendar. You'll also handle reschedules and reminders, so the calendar stays full and nothing clashes.

• LinkedIn outreach. You'll find the right people (coaches, trainers, founders) and write DMs that get replies. Messages like "Dear Sir/Madam, kindly revert at the earl
