Why This Role Exists

Versigent is building a dedicated Workday Center of Excellence (CoE) to support our global organization. We are seeking experienced Workday professionals and cooperative team players who bring deep hands-on expertise and strong communication skills to our growing team. Reporting directly to the HRIS Manager, you will act as a senior subject matter expert across Workday, partnering closely with global stakeholders to support day-to-day operations, drive continuous platform optimization, and deliver strategic HR technology initiatives.

What You Will Own

• Core HCM & Organization Backbone: Full lifecycle configuration and governance of supervisory organizations, custom organizations, company hierarchies, cost center links, and matrix management structures.
• Absence Management Architecture: End-to-end design and configuration of global Absence components, including time off plans, accrual rules, absence types, calculation tables, cascading balances, and statutory compliance leave rules across multiple countries.
• Dual Staffing Models: Build, scale,



and govern Position Management for corporate salaried staff and high-volume Job Management for manufacturing shop-floor workers in one tenant.
• Business Process Framework: Design, test, and optimize complex lifecycle BPs (Hire, Move, Job Changes, Terminations, Request Time Off, Leave of Absence) with robust condition rules, validations, and step configurations.
• Job Architecture: Maintain and structure global job families, job profiles, grade profiles, and management levels across multiple international jurisdictions.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience within an internal HRIS or enterprise environment.
• Core Specialization: Deep, demonstrable expertise in Workday Core HCM, Absence Management, Supervisory Org Architecture, and Business Process Framework.
