Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Golang and cloud-native backend development to design, develop, and operate scalable cloud services and distributed systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang), Kubernetes, cloud-native platforms, NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures. The role requires end-to-end ownership of backend services, robust problem-solving skills, and the ability to leverage AI tools and agents across the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud services and distributed backend systems.
• Own services throughout the entire lifecycle, including architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
• Build reliable, high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with Product, QA,



Mobile, and other cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in distributed and cloud-native environments.
• Implement event-driven architectures and integrate messaging technologies.
• Leverage AI tools and agents to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, debugging, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Follow software engineering best practices for security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 7+ years of professional software development experience; 8 years preferred.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Golang (Go).
• Production experience with cloud-native platforms and Kubernetes.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems and scalable backend services.
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databa
