About the Role:

We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to own and manage SHILAKRUT's presence on various social media platforms. You will be the first voice many of our customers hear from.



You'll respond to DMs and comments, build relationships with our community, and turn interest into genuine enquiries.

This role suits someone who communicates warmly and professionally, understands the cultural and spiritual significance of what we create, and can present a heritage craft with the polish of a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Community and Engagement
• Respond promptly and thoughtfully to DMs, comments, and mentions on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Handle customer enquiries about idols, home temples, bespoke sculptures, and large projects. Collect key details such as size, deity, budget, location, and timeline.
• Qualify leads and pass reliable enquiries to the sales team with clear notes.
• Engage with homeowners, the global Indian diaspora, architects, interior designers, temple trusts, and institutions.
• Keep a respectful, culturally sensitive, and on-brand tone in every interaction.
