We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Associate to manage training coordination and placement activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end training processes, student/employee placement coordination, and maintaining robust relationships with corporate partners.
Key Responsibilities
Training Operations:
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
• Manage trainer allocation and training calendars
• Track attendance, performance, and training feedback
• Ensure smooth execution of training programs across departments.
Placement Coordination
• Handle end-to-end placement process for students/candidates
• Connect with companies for job/internship opportunities
• Schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
• Maintain placement records and reports
Corporate Relations
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiter
