We are looking for a results-driven skilled to lead our Performance Marketing and Organic Growth function, with strong expertise in SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation).

This role is for someone who understands both strategy and execution, can manage campaigns independently, and can demonstrate tangible results through real-world case studies.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, optimise, and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads,



and other relevant digital advertising platforms.

• Develop performance strategies aligned with client objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, revenue growth, and return on ad spend.

• Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, creative testing, landing page optimisation, and conversion tracking.

• Analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics such as CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.

• Identify performance gaps and implement data-backed strategies to improve campaign efficiency and profitability.

• Build structured reporting systems that provide clear insights into campaign performance, business outcomes, and optimisation opportunities.

SEO, AEO & GEO

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies covering technical SEO, on-page optimisation, off-page SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and link acquisition.
