Responsibilities- KRA
Client Relationship & Projects Management

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients through regular interactions and proactive engagement.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, business priorities, and strategic objectives to provide effective solutions & and manage end-to-end project execution.
• Analyse client requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of requests through the identification and empanelment of best-fit experts for research and consulting projects within the assigned domain, ensuring a high level of service delivery and responsiveness, with highest quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Market & Industry Research
•
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and relevant news within assigned sectors.
• Read and actively research information that enhances understanding of clients' industries and evolving business needs. Further track competitor activities, market intelligence, and emerging trends.
• Anticipate potential client requirements and proactively build a pipeline of suitable experts to support future projects.
