We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is curious, hungry to learn, and wants real-world D2C marketing experience

What You’ll Get
Work on live D2C brands and ad accounts
Learn from brands we’ve helped scale from ₹0 to ₹50L+
Hands-on exposure to Meta Ads, Google Ads, creative strategy, analytics, testing & scaling
Understand how real campaign decisions are made using data
Direct exposure to real wins, failures, problems and scaling strategies

What You’ll Do
Research markets, competitors and audiences
Analyse campaigns and creatives
Campaign creation in Meta & Google Ads
Help identify performance problems and opportunities




Support testing and scaling strategies
Use AI and tools to improve research and execution
