Role Description The Sales Calling Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing inbound calls with potential and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include introducing Mystic Momento’s products and services, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable personalized gifting options. The role involves following up on leads, maintaining call logs and customer records, and supporting order conversions and upselling where appropriate.



The Sales Calling Executive will collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to improve scripts, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience. The role also includes meeting daily and weekly calling targets and providing feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident phone presence.
• Customer service and sales skills, including lead follow-up, persuasion, and relationship-building.
• Basic computer proficiency for handling CRM tools, call logs, and online order platforms.
• Ability to manage time effectively, work with targets, and stay organized in a rapid-paced environment.
• Prior experience in telesales, call center operations, or retail sales is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site in New Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
