Role Description The Operations Manager Study Abroad is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functioning of the study abroad division, ensuring smooth delivery of services and a positive learner experience. This full time, on-site role based in Kochi includes coordinating counseling and admissions processes, managing application workflows, and liaising with international education partners and institutions. The role involves supervising staff, setting operational procedures, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The Operations Manager will also handle scheduling, resource allocation, documentation, and compliance, while supporting marketing initiatives and student engagement activities related to overseas education programs. Regular reporting to senior leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication are central to the role.
