Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and performance-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow Zeno Traders' digital presence across X (Twitter), Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong content strategy, copywriting, community management, and campaign execution skills.
Key Responsibilities• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Manage X, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Write engaging captions, promotional copy, and campaign messaging.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors.
• Research competitors, industry news, and social media trends.
• Develop organic follower growth and engagement strategies.
• Plan promotional campaigns, giveaways, and product announcements.
• Coordinate with influencers, affiliates, and marketing teams.
• Monitor social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Respond to community engagement and coordinate customer queries with support.
• Maintain Zeno Traders' brand identity and communication standards.
Skills & Qualifications• 1–3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
• Solid understanding of Instagram, X, YouTube, and Telegram.
• Experience creating content calendars and executing campaigns.
