Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the end-to-end execution of events, ensuring they align with the client's vision and objectives.
· Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality events on time and within budget.
· With the help of the creative department, develop impressive presentations and pitch decks.
· Create project plans for end-to-end event management.
· Monitor, measure and ensure client satisfaction.
· Coordinate with different departments about client queries.
· Deal with client’s requests and troubleshoot problems.




· Resolve customer conflicts and handle escalation procedures
· Inspire repeat business from existing clients.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
· Min 3 years of proven experience in client servicing or account management in the event industry.
· Solid understanding of event planning, creatives, production and operations.
· Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Immediate joiners preferred
