Role Description The Head of Sales Operations is a full time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for leading and optimizing SAMCO’s sales processes across regions. This role oversees sales planning, territory management, forecasting,



and performance tracking to ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets. Day-to-day activities include designing and refining sales workflows, collaborating with sales leadership and field teams, analyzing sales data, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and impact. The Head of Sales Operations works closely with marketing, finance, supply chain, and senior management to align sales operations with business strategy and seed production capabilities. This position also involves establishing reporting frameworks, mentoring sales operations staff, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Sales Operations and Sales management skills, with experience in structuring sales teams, territories, and incentive plans.
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting sales data, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven decisions.
