About the RoleWe are looking for a driven, hands-on GTM Manager to help build and scale Oli AI’s enterprise sales engine.
This is an early-stage, high-ownership role for someone who can identify opportunities, build relationships, generate qualified leads and drive the complete sales cycle—from the first conversation to commercial closure.
We value exceptional communication, active listening, business understanding and execution over titles.

Key Responsibilities• Pipeline Generation: Identify target accounts, source leads and build a qualified enterprise sales pipeline through outbound outreach, referrals, networking and partnerships.
• Enterprise Sales: Engage CXOs and senior decision-makers,



understand business challenges and position Oli AI’s solutions effectively.
• Outbound GTM: Execute account-based outreach through calls, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Discovery & Demos: Conduct discovery calls, understand customer requirements and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• POCs & Closures: Develop proposals, coordinate pilots, track outcomes, negotiate commercials and convert opportunities into paying customers.
• Partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with technology providers, system integrators, BPOs and industry partners.
• Market Intelligence: Track competitors, identify emerging use cases and share customer feedback to improve product positioning.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline data, track sales metrics and provide regular updates on opportunities and closures.
