Business Development Executive (BDE) - AI & Technology

We build AI-first custom software, AI systems, and cloud infrastructure - production-ready and shipped rapid.
As we scale our pipeline, we're looking for a startup-minded BDE who is strong at sales, leverages AI to execute faster, and is driven to generate ideas, take ownership, and grow the business.

What you'll own

• The full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and qualifying leads to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Lead generation across channels, turning cold outreach into meaningful conversations and business opportunities.
• Identifying new growth opportunities, generating ideas, and executing initiatives end-to-end.
• Building relationships with decision-makers across our target industries.
• Using AI tools to streamline sales processes, improve productivity, and accelerate execution.
• Tracking pipeline, outreach, conversions, and targets while maintaining accurate CRM records and regular reports.

What we're looking for

• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a startup,



preferably in B2B sales or business development.
• Are strong at sales and know how to use AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach, automate repetitive tasks, and execute faster
• Take initiative, generate ideas, and turn them into action without waiting for instructions.
• Know how to build a pipeline from scratch, qualify prospects, pitch solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
• Are growth-oriented, experiment with recent approaches, and focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Are comfortable with targets, numbers, CRM management, sales reporting, and performance tracking.
• Understand the IT industry, technology services, and how businesses buy technology.
• Have sharp communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
