Key Responsibilities• Client Requirement Analysis: Understand client requirements, business challenges, and objectives to help identify suitable technology solutions.
• Business Research: Research potential clients, industries, market trends, competitors, and business opportunities to support presales activities.
• Proposal Preparation: Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, solution documents,



and other presales materials.
• Solution Coordination: Coordinate with technical teams to understand Webknot's services and translate technical information into straightforward business terms.
• Client Communication: Support client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, follow-up communications, and presentations.
• Lead Qualification: Help evaluate potential business leads based on their requirements, business needs, and suitability for the company's services.
• Sales Support: Assist the presales and business development teams with pitch decks, case studies, project summaries, and client-specific presentations.
• Documentation: Maintain records of client requirements, meeting notes, proposals, and follow-up activities.
• Continuous Learning: Develop an understanding of software development services, IT consulting, cloud technologies, AI solutions, and other relevant technology offerings.
