Role Description The Growth Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand growth across key markets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and evaluating relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships,



managing campaign workflows, and tracking performance against growth targets. The Growth Manager will collaborate closely with sales, account management, and analytics teams to align influencer strategies with client objectives and optimize ROI. The role also involves preparing reports, presenting insights, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and overall growth.
