Role Description The Head of Ecommerce is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role leads the end-to-end ecommerce strategy, including setting sales targets, defining the online customer journey, and managing performance across marketplaces, direct-to-consumer platforms, and other digital channels.



Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing pricing and promotions, coordinating product listings and content, monitoring inventory and fulfillment performance, and optimizing campaigns using web analytics and sales data. The Head of Ecommerce will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure alignment on digital initiatives and to deliver profitable growth. The role also includes managing ecommerce projects, negotiating with platform partners, and continuously improving processes, tools, and user experience.
