Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bilaspur, offering multiple positions across operational, technical, and administrative functions. Team members may be responsible for supporting daily plant operations, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Depending on the position, responsibilities can include equipment handling, data entry and documentation, inventory and materials management, coordination with vendors and internal departments, and assistance in routine inspections and maintenance activities. Selected candidates will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets, maintain compliance with organizational policies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. All roles require a strong focus on workplace safety, reliability, and effective communication.
