Role Summary:
The Commi 3 Chef / Kitchen Helper will support the kitchen team in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the culinary industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist senior chefs in basic food preparation and cooking under supervision.
• Support in garnishing, plating, and arranging ingredients for service.
• Assist Commi 1, Commi 2, and CDP in daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members for smooth kitchen workflow.
• Take guidance and training from senior chefs to enhance skills.
• Learn and upgrade culinary skills through training and practice.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, utensils, and equipment.
• Follow FSSAI and internal hygiene standards at all times.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for equipment handling and food storage.
• Take feedback positively and work on improving speed, accuracy, and presentation.
