Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, in office role based in Rajkot,



responsible for supporting and maintaining core HR processes across the organization. This role includes managing day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting performance management activities. The HR Generalist will assist in the implementation of HR policies, coordinate employee benefits and leave administration, and help ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company standards. The role also involves responding to employee inquiries, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with managers to address workforce needs. The HR Generalist will work closely with leadership to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and continuous improvement of HR practices.
