About the Role
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, driving internal communications, organizing employee events, and implementing engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven HR specialist with proven recruitment experience of 4+ years in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals. The HR Specialist will work closely with leadership and employees across all departments to ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.

As core responsibility this individual will manage end-to-end recruitment for both our India and US centers, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT positions across different levels and technologies.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for US and India-based positions.
* Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
* Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate technical/non-technical fit.
* Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones.

Employee Communication
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR communication.
