Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven sales professional to drive advertising revenue and bulk ticket sales, manage client and agency relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should possess solid sales and negotiation skills, an understanding of media inventory management, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities• Sales & Revenue Generation
• Achieve assigned targets for advertising sales and bulk ticket sales within defined timelines.
• Develop annual sales forecasts by estimating individual and regional revenue potential.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Client & Agency Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Share timely market intelligence and business insights to identify revenue opportunities.
• Address customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Media Inventory Management
• Monitor on-screen and off-screen advertising inventory activation and ensure effective utilization.
• Coordinate with internal site and operations teams to optimize inventory availability, utilization, and profitability.
• Ensure timely execution of client campaigns and advertising commitments.
• Sales Reporting & MIS
• Prepare and submit Daily Activity Reports, Market Intelligence Reports, Competition Tracking Reports, and other assigned reports.
• Maintain and analyze MIS reports covering newspapers, television, local radio, and other relevant media platforms.
• Track sales performance, regional business trends
