Job Overview
BrandwepBTG is looking for a target-driven Call Center Sales Manager to lead sales outreach, identify potential startup clients, conduct market research, and build long-term business relationships. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding a minimum of 25 startup brands and generating current business opportunities for our digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, pitch, and onboard at least 25 startup brands.
2. Market Research: Research startup companies, industries, competitors, target audiences, and market trends.
3. Lead Generation: Build a database of qualified startup leads using LinkedIn, business directories, and other relevant platforms.
4. Cold Calling: Contact startup founders, CEOs, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
5. Service Promotion:
Pitch BrandwepBTG’s digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, graphic design, video editing, paid advertising, and website development.
6. Sales Management: Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
7. Team Leadership: Train and guide call center sales executives to achieve their targets.
8. CRM & Reporting: Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups, meetings, conversions, and revenue reports.
9. Client Relationships: Maintain professional communication and support clients throughout onboarding.
Monthly Performance Targets
* Minimum 25 startup brands onboarded.
* Daily prospecting, cold calling, and follow-ups.
* Consistent lead generation and qualified sales meetings.
* Regular competitor and market research reports.
* Achieve agreed monthly sales and revenue targets.
