Analytical Factor is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Team Lead to join our growing team in India.
We are seeking a highly analytical, technically strong professional with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, or related areas, who can independently lead analytical initiatives, communicate directly with international customers, and guide a team of analysts.
This is a full-time remote position suited for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and the leadership skills needed to support complex customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities• Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a team of data analysts.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable business insights.
• Support demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, and business planning initiatives.
• Conduct customer meetings to gather requirements, discuss findings, and present recommendations.




• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers on assigned analytical activities.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop analytical reports, models, and dashboards to support business decisions.
• Investigate data and forecasting issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing improvement of demand planning and forecasting solutions.
• Coordinate analytical activities, review deliverables, and ensure the quality and accuracy of the team's work.
• Collaborate with consultants, developers, and international stakeholders.

Requirements• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, demand planning analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, or S&OP.;
• Robust proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and work
