As a PMO - ERP Delivery Lead you will oversee ERP delivery workstreams, coordinate project governance, and support the planning, tracking, and reporting needed to move complex transformation work forward within our Business Application Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned work, build meaningful client connections, guide junior team members, and bring critical thinking to ambiguous project demands while developing your own brand and technical skills. In this role at PwC,



you will support delivery across business and supply chain operations initiatives, align work across functional and industry technology efforts, and help translate program objectives into clear actions that keep stakeholders informed and priorities moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and outcomes
• Create/manage project plan, milestones, RAID, dependencies, and governance cadence (status reporting)
• Drive Agile / hybrid delivery: sprint/release planning, execution tracking, and delivery transparency along with ERP manual testing
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams: Functional, Technical, Data, Integration, Testing, Cutover, Change
• Manage stakeholders, decisions, and escalations, ensure clear communication and alignment
• Ensure readiness for SIT/UAT, defect triage, cutover planning, and go-live support
• Manage change requests and scope impacts, recommend trade-offs a
