Required Candidate Profile





• 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Windows/IIS application support or engineering.
• Strong practical experience with IIS configuration, application deployment, authentication, authorization, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Strong SQL scripting and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Good PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Good understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous API integrations.
• Basic knowledge or hands on exposure to RSA Archer is desirable and considered a niche skill.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills with experience handling production incidents and complex technical issues.
• Ability to analyze logs across IIS, Windows, applications, databases, and integrations.
