ZorSpeaker is a boutique brand and business consulting firm based in Jaipur. We lead with storytelling and work across Brand & Marketing and Business Experience Design. Our clients include jewellery, apparel, hospitality and EdTech brands in Jaipur, plus startups in India, Australia and the US. We don't take every brief. We build brands that lead.
The role
You'll work directly with the founders as their right hand. That means turning strategy into execution, running client engagements, and helping grow the business. Expect a different problem every week and a fast learning curve.
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience
What you'll do
• Lead and coordinate client projects from brief to delivery, working with internal teams
• Research markets, competitors and clients, and turn findings into sharp decks and reports
• Support business development: prospecting, pitch preparation, proposals and follow-ups
• Track priorities,
KPIs and project timelines across engagements
• Take on special projects the founders hand you, from new offerings to international expansion
What we're looking for
• 1–4 years of experience in consulting, sales/business development, or a startup
• Solid structured thinking and written communication (English and Hindi)
• Comfortable with client-facing work: you can run a meeting and own the follow-up
• Good with Google Workspace/Excel and presentation tools; using AI tools is a plus
• A self-starter who takes ownership and is comfortable with ambiguity
