Role Description

The Fabrication Production Manager (Sheet Metal) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading day-to-day sheet metal fabrication operations. This role oversees production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet delivery timelines, quality standards, and cost targets. The manager coordinates with design, engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure accurate fabrication of components,



efficient material utilization, and adherence to safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include supervising shop-floor personnel, monitoring machine and tooling performance, resolving production issues, and implementing process improvements. The role also involves maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with ISO and OH&S; requirements, and supporting training and development of the fabrication team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· B.Tech is mandatory.
· 5–8 years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing operations.
· Hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication is mandatory.
· Strong understanding of fabrication processes, production planning, and shop-floor management.
· Experience in team handling, productivity improvement, quality control, and process optimization.
· Good problem-solving, coordination, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency in production reporting and MS Exc
