Role Description The Deputy General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing key operations and driving performance across designated business units. This role involves planning and monitoring production or service delivery, optimizing processes, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Deputy General Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams,



manage budgets and resources, and support strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability. Day-to-day tasks include supervising team leaders, reviewing operational reports and KPIs, resolving escalated issues, and supporting senior management in decision-making and implementation of company policies. The role also requires mentoring team members, coordinating with external stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
