Lead Punahprayog's SOP driven Operations
Establish Processing/Material Recovery Facility in Bangalore
Manage routine logistics, collection & processing including booking, scheduling, and pickups from customers
Develop and appoint recyclers, upcyclers and down cyclers to sell processed Textile Waste
Complete all required statutory registrations including but not limited to labour laws
Ensure compliance with Solid Waste Management Rules
Ensure complete documentation as required by third party verifiers & independent auditors
Train and lead Processing/Material Recovery Facility employees
Lead opening & establishment of current Processing/Material Recovery Facilities
Build and maintain relationships with material/recycling partners, cargo aggregators
Ideal Candidate
1
Strong Operations, Logistics & Facility Management Profile with SOP-driven, hands-on experience

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years in warehousing, logistics, and operations management, with hands-on operational experience (not purely strategic/desk)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience leading SOP-driven operations and managing end-to-end operational workflow (scheduling, weighing, segregation, packing, channelization).
