Job Overview:
Vaultedge is seeking a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in technical solutioning, client interactions, and product demonstrations to drive successful sales engagements.
The ideal candidate must be based out of Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Technical Presentations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
• Solution Design: Assist in crafting technical proposals and proof-of-concept solutions that align with client needs.
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to collect and understand business and technical requirements.
• Product Customization: Provide guidance on product customization to fit client specifications.
• Technical Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for Vaultedge’s API and AI-driven solutions during sales pitches.
• RFP/RFI Responses: Draft responses to technical sections of RFPs and RFIs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with product and engineering teams to align product capabilities with client feedback.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to clients during the trial and post-sales phases.
