About the Role: We run a premium, high-intent Global Finance channel named WallstreetINDIA. The host handles the core content creation (Scripting and Voice-over), and a dedicated editor handles the video timeline editing. We are looking for a sharp, data-driven YouTube Growth Manager who will own the entire post-production ecosystem.

Your job is to take the final edited video and ensure it reaches the right target audience through advanced SEO, psychology-driven packaging, and consistent testing. This is an execution-heavy role. You are not just a designer; you are the owner of the channel's organic growth.

Core Responsibilities

## 1. Title & Thumbnail Architecture (The Click Game) * Design from Scratch: Create clean, professional, high-contrast, and curiosity-driven thumbnails (using Photoshop/Canva).

No generic templates or cluttered designs. Psychological Hooking: Write video titles that strike a balance between YouTube SEO requirements and human curiosity (e.g., maximizing the clickability of complex topics like "10-K Reports" or "Copy Trading"). VidIQ Resolution: Monitor and resolve all optimization alerts raised by VidIQ/TubeBuddy without degrading title quality.

## 2. Complete Backend Metadata & SEO Management

- Keyword Research: Identify high-volume, low-competition tags and semantic search phrases specific to the finance and wealth niche. Description Writing: Draft comprehensive, keyword-rich video descriptions.



You must include proper timestamps (Chapters), relevant links, and meta-tags. Backend Uploading: Manage the full upload pipeline in YouTube Studio, ensuring cards, end-screens, and proper playlists are set up before scheduling the video.

# 3. Legacy Portfolio Optimization (The Goldmine Audit) * Audit 20 Older Videos: Systematically analyze the channel's existing 20 videos.

Revamp Strategy: Re-design thumbnails, re-write titles, and refresh backend tags/descriptions for these older videos to revive their impressions in YouTube Search and Suggested loops.

Traffic Routing: Create an internal traffic funnel by placing cards and pinned comments on high-performing legacy videos (like our GIFT City/INDmoney video) to push traffic to lower-performing videos.

## 4. Real-Time Performance Analytics & A/B Testing The 3-Hour Window: Monitor video performance immediately after publishing. If the CTR (Click-Through Rate) drops below the optimal threshold within the first 3 hours, you must immediately deploy an alternative thumbnail and title.

Weekly Reports: Present a brief weekly report focusing purely on three metrics: Impressions, Organic CTR, and Traffic Source breakdown.

Zero Password Sharing: For maximum security, you will NEVER be asked for the channel's password. You will be given restricted "Editor" access via YouTube Studio Permissions. You will have full rights to manage metadata but zero control over monetization, financial data, or channel deletion.
