Job DescriptionExacta Web Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to generate leads and convert potential clients into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through calls and follow-ups.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Explain our digital marketing, website development, SEO, and advertising services to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification:
Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
- Previous experience in sales or telecalling preferred.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
