At @Mitigata, you'll own mitigata.com as both a conversion engine and an authority hub — making sure the right buyers find us through search, understand what we do within seconds, and take the next step: a demo, a quote, or a risk assessment. This is hands-on: as comfortable fixing an indexation issue or restructuring navigation as building a keyword roadmap or running a landing-page A/B test.

About the role:

You'll own the site end to end — structure, IA, navigation, and day-to-day content across our cybersecurity, cyber insurance, and risk-monitoring offerings; UX & performance (page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile, accessibility); technical SEO (crawlability, indexation, internal linking, schema, secure migrations); content-led SEO (keyword/topic clusters, on-page, refreshes); AEO readiness; conversion optimization (landing pages, CTAs, forms, demo/quote flows, A/B tests); and analytics (GA4, GTM, Search Console) with clean monthly reporting into the attribution model.

What we're looking for:





? 4–7 years in SEO & website management — ideally B2B SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or cybersecurity

? Strong grasp of B2B funnels — moving a buyer from first visit to qualified lead

? Deep hands-on technical & on-page SEO, with organic growth results to point to

? CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) + working HTML, CSS, schema/JSON-LD

? Proven CRO — landing-page best practice, A/B testing, and tools like VWO, Hotjar, or Clarity

? Fluency with GA4, GTM, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, HubSpot

? A structured operator who can manage agencies/freelancers and ship consistently

Nice to have:

? Led a website redesign/migration without losing organic traffic

? Grasp of AEO / generative-search discovery and how AI engines cite structured content

? Familiarity with cyber insurance, cybersecurity, or regulated categories

? Built sites for multiple audiences — CISOs, CFOs, IT leaders, SME owners
