Job Location: Thrissur, Kerala

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Implement company HR policies and maintain discipline in the workplace.
- Handle employee grievances, performance reviews, and staff engagement.
- Coordinate training, employee retention, and performance management.
- Maintain employee records and prepare regular HR reports.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Excellent command of English, Hindi, and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Robust communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.




- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is an added advantage.
