Adroitec Engineering Solutions is looking for motivated and technically inclined candidates to join our team as Application Engineers in Pune.

? Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers using engineering CAD software.
- Support customers with software installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Assist in product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer training.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuously develop technical expertise in CAD/CAE software and engineering applications.
- Travel to customer locations as required for technical support, demonstrations, and training.

? Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of industrial experience are eligible.
- Two-Wheeler Mandatory: Candidates must own a bike and be comfortable commuting to customer locations.
- Commitment:



Candidates must be willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years with the company.
- Good mechanical engineering fundamentals and a willingness to learn engineering software.
- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits and technical assignments.

❌ Important Eligibility Conditions
- Candidates with more than 2 years of industrial experience are NOT eligible.
- Candidates without their own bike are NOT eligible.
- Candidates unwilling to commit to a minimum of 2 years with the company will NOT be considered.
- Candidates will higher experience will not be considered.
