Job Overview:

Hair Originals is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Manager to oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, inventory management, stock planning, order fulfilment, and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining optimal stock levels, streamlining warehouse processes, and ensuring timely and accurate order dispatch across the company's sales channels and Experience Centres.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in warehouse management, inventory control, order processing, and logistics coordination, preferably in retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, or a fast-paced consumer business.

Key Responsiblity:

- Warehouse Operations: Oversee end-to-end warehouse activities, including inward stock, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, documentation, safety, and team management.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain SKU-wise inventory accuracy across warehouses, stores, and Experience Centres; conduct stock audits and reconciliation; manage discrepancies, damages, replenishment, and stock levels while minimising losses and stockouts.
- Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of online and offline orders, including picking, packing, billing coordination, returns, exchanges, and order tracking.
- Dispatch & Logistics: Manage daily dispatch schedules, courier coordination, shipment tracking, packaging standards, reverse logistics, and timely delivery.




- Process Improvement & Planning: Develop SOPs, optimise warehouse space and productivity, analyse sales trends, plan stock replenishment, and improve inventory turnover while reducing operational costs.
- MIS & Team Management: Prepare regular reports on inventory, stock movement, pending orders, and dispatch performance; monitor KPIs, maintain audit-ready records, train warehouse staff, and coordinate with Finance and cross-functional teams for stock reconciliation and compliance.

Required Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations will be preferred.
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, and dispatch management.
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, quick commerce, consumer goods, or multi-location inventory operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory reconciliation, SKU management, stock audits, order fulfilment, and logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management software, ERP, or WMS.
- Proven experience in managing warehouse teams and improving operational efficiency.

KPI ( Key Performance Indicators ):

- Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
- Order fulfilment accuracy and on-time dispatch.
- Reduction in inventory discrepancies, stock losses, and damages.
- Timely stock replenishment and reduction in stockouts.
- Warehouse productivity and order processing turnaround time.
- Accuracy of inventory records, MIS, and audit documentation.
- Team productivity and operational cost optimisation.
