RECEIVING PRIMARY SHIPMENTS

Receive trucks from manufacturers such as HUL and ITC and check vehicle, invoice, challan and seals.

Count cases SKU-wise against the invoice and check batch numbers, manufacturing and expiry dates.

Record shortages, damages and leakages the same day and report them to management and the company.

Supervise unloading and sign off the receipt only after the physical check.

STOCKING THE GODOWN

Put stock away in marked locations, separated by company and product category.

Follow FEFO / FIFO so the earliest-expiry stock moves out first.

Keep the godown clean, dry, pest-free and protected, with clear aisles and correct stacking.

Keep damaged, near-expiry and saleable stock apart and clearly labelled.

LOADING & DISPATCH TO THE

MARKET

Prepare and load vehicles route-wise for secondary distribution against invoices and delivery plans.

Check loaded quantities with the delivery agents and drivers before the vehicle leaves.

Receive returns and undelivered goods back from the market, check them and restock or reconcile them.

Manage and supervise the loaders and helpers.

RECORDS & STOCK CONTROL

Maintain daily inward, outward, return and damage registers with no gaps.

Update stock in the system on the same day and share the closing stock position with management.

Reconcile godown stock with billing and company records.





Flag low stock and slow-moving items early so orders can be planned.

EXPIRY & DAMAGE MANAGEMENT

Track expiry dates batch-wise and prepare a monthly near-expiry and expired stock report. Push near-expiry stock out first and alert the sales team in time.

Segregate expired and damaged goods and keep supporting evidence for claims.

Help raise expiry and damage claims with HUL and ITC as per their norms, and dispose of stock only with approval.

AUDIT & STOCK ACCURACY

Run regular cycle counts and a full physical count at month end.

Ensure the physical stock matches our records in every audit, and explain any variance with proof. Support company, internal and statutory audits by giving records and access on request.

Fix the cause of any variance so it does not repeat

SECURITY, SAFETY & TEAM

Control entry and exit of vehicles, people and goods, and keep godown keys and gate records secure. Follow fire, hygiene and safe-handling practices, and report any theft, pilferage or safety risk immediately. Keep loader attendance and daily work records, and coordinate with accounts, sales and delivery teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
