Conducts thorough title searches, checks property ownership history, and assesses legal risks for land acquisitions and current projects. [1]

- Drafting &

- Vetting Contracts:

Prepares and reviews sale deeds, Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Power of Attorney (POA), lease agreements, and construction contracts. [1]

- Regulatory Compliance: Manages statutory requirements under RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority), the Transfer of Property Act, the Registration Act, and local state laws (such as the Maharashtra Stamp Act and MRTP Act in Pune/Maharashtra). [1]

- Registration &

- Post-Registration:

Coordinates stamp duty payments, document execution, property registration,



and post-registration mutation with government authorities. [1]

- Litigation &

- Dispute Management:

Handles civil cases, consumer forum disputes, arbitration, RERA complaints, and coordinates with external senior counsels for High Court or Supreme Court matters. [1]

- Cooperative Housing Support: Assists with liaisoning for the establishment of Cooperative Housing Societies and property conveyancing in favor of societies.
