About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries and service requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM systems.
- Meet performance targets related to call handling, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience in customer service or voice-based support can apply.
- Good verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
