? Position: Customer Service Executive – International Voice Process
? Location: Brookefield, Bengaluru
? Work Mode: Work from Office
? Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass
? Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates
?️ Communication: Good English communication skills
? Shifts: Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
? Transport: Cab facility as per company policy

? Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain process quality standards and meet performance expectations.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have completed at least 10th standard can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in English are required.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills are preferred.
❌ Not Eligible: Freshers with B.E./B.Tech degrees or any postgraduate qualification.
