The Stone Arch is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking, and customer-focused Waiters to join our restaurant service team. We are seeking individuals who can provide excellent guest service, maintain professional service standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating.

Present menus, explain menu items, and provide recommendations when required.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Ensure tables are properly set up, clean, and ready for guests.

Check guest satisfaction and respond to requests courteously.

Handle guest concerns professionally and inform the supervisor when required.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.

Coordinate with Captains, Supervisors, and kitchen staff for smooth service.

Follow restaurant service standards, grooming guidelines, and operational procedures.

Assist with table clearing and resetting during service.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a Waiter,



Steward, or in a similar restaurant service role is preferred.

Positive communication and guest-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Well-groomed, polite, punctual, and professional.

Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and follow service standards.

Immediate joiners preferred.
