The candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily beat plans, monitoring sales team activities, maintaining reports, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and management.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and track the daily activities and performance of the sales team.
- Maintain and manage sales data, reports, and records.
- Coordinate order booking, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding daily beat plans and field activities.
- Track beat plan compliance and ensure timely reporting from the sales team.
- Coordinate with Reporting Managers to ensure smooth sales operations.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator.
Required Skills: Valuable communication, coordination, data management, MS Excel, and sales reporting skills.
