Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging social media posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
- Support content writing for social media posts, blogs, website updates and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct hashtag research, competitor analysis and audience research.
- Assist with SEO activities, keyword research and website content optimisation.
- Support digital advertising campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Track social media engagement, reach, impressions and campaign performance.
- Prepare basic marketing reports and suggest ideas to improve online visibility.




- Explore AI tools and design tools such as Canva for content creation.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Valuable written communication and creative thinking.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation.
- Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags and digital advertising is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative and work collaboratively.
