Key Responsibilities

- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for non-technical positions across mid to senior levels.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and build tailored sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and direct referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and deliver exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years of core Non-IT/Corporate talent acquisition experience.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing volume and niche non-tech positions.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri/Indeed), and ATS tools.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
