We have an opening for Data Quality and Remediation Analyst, you'll be supporting and collaborating with teams across the rest of the area as well as the wider bank, to tackle data quality issues, build data quality controls, monitoring and provide insight into identified issues. You'll be working with large, and sometimes unstructured, datasets to profile key data elements that are identified.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake and related tools.- Build and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts on the Snowflake platform.- Implement best practices for data modeling, partitioning, and performance tuning within Snowflake.- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.- Automate data ingestion, transformation, and validation workflows.- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Snowflake workloads and query performance.- Implement data security, governance, and compliance controls within Snowflake.- Document data engineering processes, data flows, and system architecture.- Stay current with Snowflake platform updates, new features,



and industry trends.- Support migration of data from legacy systems to Snowflake cloud platform.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, preferably with Snowflake.- Strong expertise in Snowflake architecture, SQL, and cloud data warehousing concepts.- Proficiency in ETL/ELT tools such as Apache Airflow, Talend, Matillion, dbt, or similar.- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.- Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.- Knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and data partitioning strategies.- Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a plus.- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8-9 years of experience in Data Engineering.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
